Valerija Fic-Brasė, together with School of Couture students, participated in the Tiffany Fashion Week held at the Cannes Film Festival, during which she represented her country and presented a collection reflecting the beauty of Lithuania.
In the same year, out of several hundred very strong fashion and textile designers from all over the world, she became one of the finalists at the "Hand&Lock Prize for Embroidery" embroidery competition held in London and took 2nd place in the Fashion Open category.
